Looking cool but the overlapping green and pink blocks will probably cause you some texturing probs.

you might wanna give smokedef a shout nce as he doesnt seem to have checked this thread yet. but he´s doin more than just pretty well with that kinda model stuff.

enjoy yourself doin it, terb. you might get us our own fester´s place weapon as dlable content and the rest of the world can fuck off only bein able to use it @ the headquarter of madness :D

I've been monitoring this thread. I don't use 3dsmax though, I have no clue about that program. I use cinema4d which is not ideal for modelling game based content since it's a prog you can polywhore the shit out of scenes.

I'm not really much help here I think, you better ask Buck about exporting stuff and 3dsmax in general.
All I can say is, watch and read tutorials, build the stuff shown in to tutorials to get familiar with the interface, options and mechanism of the used program.

The extrude tool is your friend. Cutting tools are good too.

I made this for you Terbulus, to give a demonstration what can be done in roughly 25 minutes out of a cube.
Not really a tf2 model though but it's one consistent poly mesh, just an example.
This was more or less freestyle, I made quite a few such ships already. Same concept, different looks.
