we have 1 bus stop in town and once the Jeremy Kyle repeats are all finished on itv2, all the scum come out to hang around it to do nothing except stand around, hassle people who're waiting for a bus and spit all over the floor. tasty. i've also seen used condoms and needles on the floor, and i get the feeling these people aren't diabetic.
1 good point however, the local council have just knocked down a whole area of houses that were full with dole scumming*, smack rat, single mothers and whatever filth they managed to drag home from whatever shithole they go to for a night out. unfortunately they didnt knock the houses down while they were still in them, so watch out Southwick, i hear they're all being shipped off to your own shitty council estates, which unfortunately, the 1 bus an hour that we get, has to go through, even though they stop operating at 6pm, so good luck getting home if you missed that last bus, because the next nearest bus stop is a fucking literal mile away, lovely.
we used to have a working mens club, but it got shut down beause of all the drugs being sold in it, from the staff and owners, and our only other pub now is only open for 3 hours a day at the local cricket ground and thus, is full of the scum who all used to get in the WMC.
we are also the only town in Sunderland without our own Greggs shop, this can be either a good thing or a bad thing depending how you feel about pasties and steak bakes. the chip shop was burned down 3 times in 2 nights by it's owners for insurance fraud, so now we have nowhere to go for takeaway without ordering out for delivery, even thought it was disgustingly shit. We have a local co-op but it shuts at 8pm and is overpriced to fuck. thankfully we do have not 1, not 2, not 4, but 3... what you filthy charvs would probably call, paki shops that sell all kinds of delicious alcoholic beverages
that are full of some of the nicest people you will probables ever meet, that is if everyone in town wasn't always watching jeremy kyle and hanging round bus stops
once a man was stabbed in the local snooker club which ended in that getting shut down and then someone was shot next to the corner shop [thankfully that didnt get shut down]. also someone whose house i can see out of my bedroom window was stabbed and killed by his nephew [of all people] and the guy who got arrested for impersonating the yorkshire ripper [aka wearside jack] is also beloved to have been living here during the time he was calling the police and pretending to be a serial killer, nice.
also whoever it is that keeps buying 1 fucking can of special brew and leaving 3 on the shelf, i will find you, gut you and strangle you to death with your own intestines, you utter fucking cunt
