How about the right for us to expect developers to make a proper effort when porting console games so that they work better on PCs?

Interesting point, and reminds me of something else. I was reading that Microsoft are going to make their Windows live free - because it's getting completely pwned by stuff like Steam and Xfire - which are not only better, but free. This should start the developement of getting Vista to work with xbox 360 allowing gamers on different platforms to play each other.Jonnywhy wrote:How about the right for us to expect developers to make a proper effort when porting console games so that they work better on PCs?
I'm wondering how much influence this will have on games, considering the advantage that mouse / keyboard combo has on controllers in fps. Will developers be forced to 'dumb down' the effectiveness of the mouse / keyboard?

9. Gamers shall have the right to demand that a single-player game not force them to be connected to the internet every time they wish to play
