Just what i was going to suggest Del.

We have a few people with gmod skills. Anyone who wants to be in it (within reason) can say "I'll have a scout please, with the bat if possible". Once we have whatever, 10 or twenty someone poses them in Gmod and then we can photoshop faces on or names and such.

Getting a good photo of all of us in game is not going to happen.
As i said before; herding cats.

yeah, the whole taking a real screeny or faking it isnt that important because who gives a shit about who was acctually there for a group photo since TF2 is not a game where you can customize the characters enough to make them different from the next guy in any way.
