Thanks for the kinds words folks.

Jase, you're words are very sage mate and mean a lot too me.

Hey Jase if there's anything you need or any help in bulking, let me know. I put some serious time in studying this stuff and I've been helping my buddy bulk who is the same as you, naturally lean.

It's always a double edged sword. My type of body can get fat easy but I can also gain a lot of muscle easily where as you're lucky in one way to always stay slim but maybe it will be more difficult for you to add muscle. Although the plan I've got my mate on is working a treat and he's looking ripped. Another benefit of being naturally slim is the ability to get ripped very easily which in my view is probably the most attractive look.

I'm sorry to hear you split up with your girlfriend. :(
And here I was finally ready to hand you over to her...

But that's a really impressive (and sexy) result after just 50 days!!! It makes me almost want to follow your example. If only it wasn't for my immense hatred of sport that's impossible to overcome!
What a great way of taking your bad feelings and turning them into something positive. Two thumbs up for your discipline and performance.  :-D

Thanks Ten tf2's sexiest player!

And just for some vanity before I go off and add a fair bit of muscle here is my latest progress pic! (although I probably should have combed my hair lol)

Wow, nicely done.

Have been gaining weight slowly over the past two years, since I started college I stopped playing sports so its been creeping up on me, trying to adjust my diet and join the gym. Rather than do a complete change. Joining the gym this week, planning on doing an hour or so where I can in my week.

I just know I wouldn't be able to do anything as impressive as you have. Always great to see these turn around stories though. am sure you feel a lot better now, Am sure things will turn around for you now. :-D
