Irish weather is just as bad. For the past few days I have been freezing up until around five 'o clock each day when the rain stops :/[dbd]Jonnywhy wrote:Flipping English summer. Middle of July and it's bn raining all week. How crap.

Re: Fuckin weather.
The weather was great last year in Ireland, going around in a sweater in the middle of august is just beautiful. (It was shit the day i went to Belfast tho, i've witnessed all the types of rain imaginable, from foggydrizzle to storm.)
Rambling on: You know, this country STOPS for the whole month of august, we even have a national holiday on the 15th of august, not to celebrate some historical event of enormous magnitude, but just to stay home from work, i guess. I figure every italian is just shocked when he visits some country in august for the 1st time and sees all shops/bars/whatever open and running. If you come to Milan or any big city in August it looks like a barren stretch of concrete and tarmac (and would actually be the best period of the year to visit it if it wasnt for the closed museums and lack of services
