Lol I actually had this Virus yesterday but i found a forum where they already had a solution so its gone again

I will do an intensive set of scans every couple of months and reformat about every 6-12.
Only thing I have running continually is Sygate Firewall. Catches a lot of installers trying to send my details off to advertisers.

That is exactly what I did when I ran xp. Sygate doesn't support Win7 so now I just use the free version of zonealarm as a firewall. Viruses generally don't want to destroy data or make the computer inoperable these days. If you can block its communication with the web they're mostly harmless if you get infected anyway.

My pc runs so fast still that it doesn't need a reformat tbh. I'll probably wait until steam is released for linux then completely reformat my pc. 10 gig Win7, 10gig XP, 10gig Arch Linux and 470gig data partition NTFS that they can all share for my documents, files, etc.

And yes, linux client is definitely in the works, you could download it for a while a few months back. You could install and run it just fine, you couldn't login though. It's locked to certain accounts sadly.

ive just clicked an fpsbanana link and there is no sign of ieexplore running or Loader.exe and Smss.exe in the temp folder. Looks like it been fixed or was a total hoax
