in all classes it says why dont you give him a shot but when a pyro record is shown
it says her

The Pyro isn't a girl, It's just Valve trying to get people debating over his gender since they know everyone has conspiracy theories on what his gender is. I've seen it switch between saying "Give him a shot" and "Give her a shot" anyway, but I still believe that it is in fact a male character, especially since we've seen concept art showing his face.
