deflect is useless against nades, yea it can clear stickies but if the demo that has em planted has any skill at all he will denenate em well b4 they are blown away and ur out of the blast radius, as for against soldiers they always tend to get out of the way, the air blast is about luck more then skill

ur just afraid of a lil bit of a challange, exfane, if ur class isnt the best then the game is outa ballance, and last i checked the pyro falls into the attack catagory, not the defence or support catagory

lol, soldier has so much limitations, its definately not the best class. imho demo is the best class, not only damage wise but in function aswell.

The range of the airblast is greater then the blastradius of sticky's. The airblast can deflect nades and its really usefull. Ow and talking bout airblast and luck, its like your saying every non-direct weapon (rockets/nades) are luck. If a pyro is really good a soldier or demo cant do shit against him (im talking bout in a war, on festers your beeing spammed so hard you cant see where the fuck its coming from, or when you do, your ammo is empty before you know it).
