As I'm still having lags and don't know if that will change until the battle starts (or even ever) I probably can't be a steady player.

But I would still like to be a part of this team so can I be Back-up for Medic/Soldier/Heavy?

steam - games - Right click TF2 - Options/Properties - Start alternatives - "-low" without the ""

should fix it
also people with good computer can type "-high" instead and get it much faster
