Has anyone played Shattered Horizons yet?

It was on sale for a fiver yesterday and I was about to buy it, but then realised it wouldn't work with DirectX9 as it needs 10 installed.

Looks like it's time to upgrade my Operating System!

I saw that too, it looked very interesting and I was gunna buy it then saw the 'ONLY WORKS WITH VISTA AND WINDOWS 7'

Shattered horizons would be a bit of a giggle as a community thing, got the 4 pack with aztec, ic3 and frapple. Takes a while to get used to and can be a bit frustrating at times, definately a different take on an FPS.

How does this partition work for you Bbloke?

Was thinking of doing something similar in my own machine.

I have 2 HD in the PC at the moment, a 500gb, which Windows and all my other programs are installed on, and then a 1TB which just has about 100GBs of video files on it!
Was going to install Windows 7 on the 1TB, but was wondering how easy it would be for me to keep the 500GB as is, and boot up XP now and again if needed.
At the moment, the only way I know how to get that to work is if I physically switched the harddrives around in PC.

yeah, well I'd be very interested in giving it a go when my PC can run it!

I played the beta of shattered horizon a while back and, although it wasnt to my personal taste, it was quite an innovative game and a brilliant way to breathe a new breath of life into the fps of old. And for £5 it's most definitely worth it!
