Yup thats snow. Kind of puts the UK to shame. We can't cope with anything more than a centimetre

Yeah. Apparently this time, (instead of being the wrong type of rain, or the wrong type of sun, the wrong trype of wind, the wrong type of ice, or the wrong type of leaves on the track), it was the wrong type of snow. It got clogged in the train itself and then melted and shorted all the electrics.

That's pretty terrible actually.
I hear that the train on Friday got stuck in the tunnel and they had to stay there for the night.
Now that really wouldn't fill me with confidence being under the sea on a train that stopped because it was too cold!

It was actually closer to 5 train got stuck in the tunnel cos the snow melted and apparently trains operating in the UK don't have to be water proof. The funny thing is a relief train sent to get people from france back to the UK also got stuck on Saturday.
