Good ol' sports injuries. Gotta love em. I've taken a few baseball hits when batting.. 80mph fastballs aren't nice. My worse was taking one to the head whilst warming up.. left a nice seam mark where it struck.

Our catcher once took a fastball to the box after it had bounce up off the ground. Cracked it and dropped him to the floor. He had 2 weeks of sick through lack of being able to walk too good.... funny as hell when it happened!!

it was a simple case of him being too close to the wickets. I bowled a fast one down and the batsman decided to move, and the keeper didn't see it in time to move.

And I'm off to Lords tomorrow, Pakistan v Netherlands and South Africa v New Zealand. Should be a good day!
