Good for pure aiming, useless for target prediction.

Training on bots? That won't do much good, because they don't fight back. Usually when people notice a sniper's targetting them they either start frantically shooting at you (for unknown reasons) or duck behind cover.

Of course training is not war :p
They're quite hard to hit, the only thing you can improve with this are snapshots, not positioning tactics situation awareness or whatever. Just like sniper duels. :p
