Hmm I've decided that I don't like kers after all, it seems only to be used defensively by the drivers apart from on the start line. I think it was Raikonnen used it yesterday to get ahead of Rosberg (?) and then proceded to hold him up for a considerable time. Any time Rosberg got close to overtaking, with the flick of a switch Kimi was away and out of trouble.

I was hoping kers would make the racing more exciting, with more passes but it doesn't seem to have worked out this way. The last two races have been too much like processions with pit stops being the deciding factors. Bring back driver skill and overtaking!

Hence why MotoGP is better :)

KERS is one of those things that should be universal or not at all. As you say the drivers who have it can get past others and just keep them on theri coat tails. If Rosberg(?) had had it as well then it could have been a bit more intresting.

they were talking about whether Brawn would incorporate it, especally as the mercedes one is probbably the best. development of the cars is really interesting this season

Yeh I like the way the teams are all getting better week by week. They were talking about when Brawn would have to utilise kers to negate the other teams catching them up and to stop the extra advantage it would give when the cars were more evenly matched.

I'm a bit of a Mclaren fan, and it's good to see them moving up race by race. Having said that, I'm a huge Brawn fan as well, great to see another English team with an English driver dominating :) Long may it last. Actually, I've jsut destroyed my own argument there. I'd prefer a close, to the wire exciting championship rather than one driver and team dominating as I'm more a F1 fan than any particular team/driver.

Make your mind up!! ;)

I'm not a massive fan but try to catch the races when I can. I am loving the fact that there are 2 quality english drivers in there as well.

Not a huge F1 nut. but I like it enough to have old parts adorn my bedroom.

When you have an uncle that spent a few years assembling the cars for Jordan things like that turn up.

Nice, Knails! Yeh ok Yam, I'll try sum up again...

I prefer to see an exciting, close sport, but in that sport I have a couple of teams and drivers which I like to see do well. But no to the point of dominance as happened with Schumacher cause that was boring.

Better?

I was only taking the piss hence the ;)

I agree, competition with a personal favourite competitor is very good, but total domination is just boring.

I'm more of a Button fan than a Brawn fan. I still haven't forgiven Ross Brawn for the many years of cheating and deviousness spent with Ferrari. Anyone remember the race where Schumacher won a race by crossing the finish line - in the pit lane, which he had to go into to take a 10 second penalty? How can you win a race in the pit lane taking a penalty ffs???

Mind you - thats just clever interpretation fo the rules I suppose. Shoot the race marshalls, stewards and Eccleston!
