Team fortress servers tend to go to shit so often.
I'd reckon those chances are pretty high

all bow to bbloke it was a very messy weekend and he still came back and got the servers up and running asap. Nice job bloke I wasent fit to move

I didnt get back mayself tell late last night.. my phone was off for the weekend due to wanting to take full advantage of having a little holiday..
Its typical of Vavle to break things the very second our admins with access to the dedicated server go get there

I am very sorry about the down time over the weekend but have no fear i am sure it will be awhile again before our Admins are without internet access.

Thanks Bloke, sometimes it's fun to play on another server, but it should be trivial to write a small script to check if a new update is released to download + restart the server? Is the server a winblows or linux?

Hehehehe.. it would be nice if things were like that but alas such a tool has yet to be found.
The best we have is ServerChecker, which checks to see whether the server is alive. What would be an idea is a program that would automatically close and restart the server when nobody is on it so it can auto download any patches.
