Here, save ye the troubles (dunno why op didnt do same?)
download and extract to your Steam\steamapps\<accname>\team fortress 2\tf\resource
folder (Same as for the custom GameMenu)
after extraction, there should be a ui folder with one file, ScoreBoard.res

Has anyone noticed this disappearing with the new update?
Do you know if I simply have to extract the file to the same place?
(that's what I'm going to try anyway)
