That would be a good idea if it weren't the rest of the staff... alas after years of managers abusing their positions and letting the staff get away with blue murder and alteration to management style would result in mass exodus.
We had a christmas lunch last week and the Branch Manager couldn't see the wood for the trees when I told him we are a good retirement plan.
You can continue to do nothing and turn up to work and still get paid well after 65 just because they wont pay any one in the industry what they need so the job can improve and continue.
