you're lucky man!

I avoided it for years, and then I finally saw it not so long ago.

I think I always turned it off during the parts where it become a load of people happily singing about how great it is to be a nazi!

Oh I've seen the Sound of Music several times but I wouldn't associate it with Christmas. I know its usually on around the festive season but for some reason I'd never consider it a Christmas movie.

I love it BTW :D
Nicely done Bbloke!!

I've seen the Wizard of Oz from start to finish only once.
Never seen more than sixty seconds of the Sound of Music.
Never been to a real musical.

Like you Xexes I'm not into musicals. However - The Little Shop Of Horrors is BRILLIANT. One of Steve Martin's best performances

I remember a few years ago, the BBC went through a phase of showing completely un-Christmasssy films on BBC2 on Christmas night.

One year they even showed the Peter Jackson classic "Braindead" or as its known in the U.S. "Dead Alive".

Absolutely brilliant cheapo comedy gorefest from the genius who brought us The Lord of the Rings, and one I would thoroughly recommend, and sure while you're at it, youshould also check out his first movie "Bad Taste"

Trailers

I think RTE are showing Jaws this year though, and sure there's never a bad time to watch Jaws!

Same. Stoned. In a hotel room in Reykjavik. While playing scrabble. They had limited english programming.
