For GameTracker, yes, you have to register to associate them all together.
PsychoStats doesn't have that feature as I believe it figures out who you are by your Steam ID (not your name). AFIK, you cannot link your PsychoStats and GameTracker profile(s).

I like the stats as a measure of how well I am doing lately, compare myself to top players and see how I can improve, I need to represent and give all of the ladies a good name in the gaming world by being good at it!
