I reckon blonde jokes come under idiots, so:
A detective's agency was hiring for the position of detective and the only applicants were three blonde women. The man who was in charge was told to interview them to find the best candidate. He invited the first woman to a meeting and asked her a set of questions.
He handed her a photo to test how observant she was. It was the profile of a man. (stood side on)
"Take a look at this picture please, what do you notice about the man here?"
Straight away, she said "that's obvious. He only has one eye and one ear!"
Obviously she didn't realise that it was a profile picture and the man sighed and showed her the door.
The second blonde woman walked in and was presented with the same question and, after a slightly longer amount of time, gave him the very same answer. Looking worried that there was only one applicant left, he showed the woman the door.
The next lady walked in and was once again given the profile picture of the man and asked what she noticed about him. She fell silent for a while, carefully studying the picture. After a bit, she replied "he wears contact lenses."
Amazed, the man looked at the picture,and checked the man's file. Sure enough, it said that he wore contact lenses. He was astounded, he hadn't noticed that himself.
"How did you know?", he asked.
"Oh, that's easy. He can't wear glasses because he only has one eye and one ear."

He probably lives in the south. lol that's the short answer ask me for the long one ;D
