so umm just wondering.. since we are dealing with valve here.. they will hardly give the "new" weapon to the class that is strongest between solly/demo.. it don't make much since that they would give a stronger class another weapon.. anyway i am sure we will find out soon

In my opinion, another stupid weapon. It's also Fire resistant, these updates are just ruining the whole balance of the game. Each class is meant to have their strengths and weaknesses, I find their trying to improve on the weaknesses IE Sniper with a close range weapon.
Which in turn discourages the sniper etc being played the way it's meant to, God a Demoman running around with a sword and shield totally doesn't suit the game style of the demo man, well hopefully im proven wrong

there 3rd toy wont be another melee weapon i dont think as for that sheild, i think someone with a hardon for the charger in l4d2 got ahold of that, its the only explanation lol

What the heck, with those new weapons the Demoman should be renamed to Knight or Crusader or something like those (in other words, I agree with Pogue Mahone). Or depending on the 3rd unlockable weapon as a 4-feet animal, possibly a Cavalier ('Shut up woman, get on my horse'). Valve is really going crazy with the latest updates (eg. crafting that resembles MMORPG).
