As I remember Advent saying at the time, some of the medic achievements were a bit unrealistic such as kill 50 scouts with your bone saw. Luckily they realised that and made it easier to get the new achievements and weapons.
It surprised me when I suddenly unlocked the Uber Saw though when they changed the medic Milestone achievements, but very welcomed.
