I guess league rules have changed, in TFC (UKTFCL div 1 clan... *cough*) our basic setup was:
(Defence)
Soldier
Soldier
Engineer
Demoman (midfield)
Scout
Scout
Soldier
Spy/ Pyro
we did ok, i think we got 5th one year (out of 15 in the league division)
i guess TF2 is a different game.

Put a heavy in a football goal and SEE how many times he gets scored on.
Scout or Pyro would be my picks for goalkeeper.
