well is IL-2 easy enough to pick up?

I'd trather go for one that isn't stupidly complicate, by which I mean it's very difficult to event take off!

The best I can say is I can give you loads of info on IL2 but nothing on Rise of Flight. I'm a bit rusty on IL2 but it's difficulty levels can be adjusted to suit. No take off or landings, external plane views, unlimited ammo, invulnerable, no black-outs, no wind turbulence, no cockpit etc.

With exception to invulnerability I set the above to off and just got stuck in. One of the hardest things to get used to is aiming and hitting the target the rest is just basic physics and gravity.

Of course I'll give you a guided tour and a few lessons ;) :)

Hopefully this wont put you off but to give you a feel of how difficulty it can be check out Darts Page

For some interesting info on gunnery. Don't worry though you can remove the cockpit so you just have the recticle.. makes it so easy!! ;)

Let me know when you get it and we'll sort out a time for some plane smashing and truck stopping.
