Took me 30 mins to complete ONE mission. So it's close, I was really hoping it'd be a cool game, I was right. But it's not for me ^^

oh ya I just read a article. (my nerdieness has amplified:D)
if you have a PS3 you can connect to that and then ad-hoc party on the internets.
apparently loads of people already do it.
just have to wait tilll august 27th for my brother to get his exam marks
if he passes my dad will get us a PS3

if so see if you can hook it up.
once your on-line just get some Korean guys to do the quest then you carve the monster and get the stuff. Easy way to get good stuff early

don't know how to use the xlink and wi-fi thing but i know there's another way to get MH online. you need to create a japanese ps3 account. to do this simply change country select to japanese. the hard part is reading japanese. if u need help making a japanese account, go to youtube and search "how to create a japanese ps3 account" then there'll be videos telling you what to put where. Once thats made you need to download something called adhoc party from japans store. on the shops main menu go down to the second option from the bottom and in that the adhoc party download should be the second one along. its got a dark greenish picture and when you open it, it should have an application and video to download. download the application. (the video is a tutorial but i imagine it's in japanese so theres no need to download it.) once it's been downloaded register your psp with you ps3 through remote play. then load up adhoc party and it should be fairly straight forward to use. (again there's videos on you tube on how to use and install it) IMPORTANT!!! You MUST have a WIRED ps3 account or adhoc party won't work for some reason, i don't know why. so for me it's a bit annoying having to bring my ps3 downstairs to plug into my router every time i wanna play. also jappanese is backwards for some reason, X is back and O is accept on the ps3.

pretty pissing that i have to have a wired PS3
EDIT: hang on. if I use my laptop to connect wirelessly then using the network output to the ps3 wired I think it should work.

PS3 wifi doesnt let you use adhoc party for some reason
