I think there's a way to avoid him.

You gotta be as dirty as you never were, don't wash yourself. You could also try to accumulate more dirt.
Keep rolling on the floor (Bonus: everyone will think you're nuts), do the dirtiest work,
NEVER wash yourself the entire time you're locked up. Wear your underwear for a week
then change it and wear it on your head for a week. Use your pair of underwear also for
cleaning your cell and everything else you can find. Don't wipe your ass.
