I have no specific musically taste but it can range from the ridiculous to the sublime.
Jennifer Haines Solo Piano Music
\/
Counting Crows
\/
Hootie and the BlowFish
\/
The Prodigy
\/
Trance or Trancendental music (DJ Tiesto etc or albums knocked up under the name of Euphoria or Gatecrasher)
At the moment I can stand the thump thump thump of Shite RnB or Hip Hop or both. Total and utter trash IMHO.

I'm with you there mate.
What really gets on my tits is this chart stuff that is sold not on the quality of the music but by kids buying into the image of what is cool. I guess this has always happened but for me chart music is at an all time low especially that crap they call R'n'B.
Anyway some of my relaxing music.
David Gray - Some of this guys stuff is so soulful and beautiful it gets to me every-time I listen too it.

There are loads more I listen too to relax like Coldplay and Just Jack.

Nick Warren's Back To Mine mix is a fantastic for a bit of relaxing.
Or one of the most sublime pieces of music ever written:

Yeh, sometimes when working there's nothing to get you focussed like classical music. I quite like Gershwin's Rhapsody in blue and his piano concerto.

Rhapsody In Blue is a wonderful piece no doubt about it. I'm not sure if I'd call it relaxing though
