How about the right for us to expect developers to make a proper effort when porting console games so that they work better on PCs?

Interesting point, and reminds me of something else. I was reading that Microsoft are going to make their Windows live free - because it's getting completely pwned by stuff like Steam and Xfire - which are not only better, but free. This should start the developement of getting Vista to work with xbox 360 allowing gamers on different platforms to play each other.

I'm wondering how much influence this will have on games, considering the advantage that mouse / keyboard combo has on controllers in fps. Will developers be forced to 'dumb down' the effectiveness of the mouse / keyboard?

9. Gamers shall have the right to demand that a single-player game not force them to be connected to the internet every time they wish to play

I WANT THIS!
