Was making the below post about browser shortcuts, thought it would be better to create this thread :P

Had forgotten what the keyboard shortcut for switching tabs in firefox was so...... Some really handy 1s.
Although I like operas version of undo close tab(Ctrl+Z) better than the FF equivalent(Ctrl+Shift+T).
The new opera(use it in work for speed-dial) is great btw If you haven't tried it give it a bash.

The advantage of Chrome is that it's a fresh project with relatively small codebase yet, ergo faster than Firefox. It also comes with a built-in web developer tool like Firebug in Firefox, but the latter is only an addon. So I say Chrome has the potential, while I still prefer Firefox because I've known it for a long time, it's also been developed for a long time, expecting more stability as a result.

If there is a browser I loath, it's all the older versions of Internet Explorer (6, 7, 8). They don't follow standards, and it's a pain in the ass developing web pages with cross-browser compatibility. IE 9 seems to break this habit but I have no real experience in that version so I'm just guessing.

Opera is best imo, got the most control and it's damn fast!

Well I'm a FF user all the way and only touched Chrome for checking template styles. I've installed FF4 on a virtual machine and the GUI is going the same way as everything else (just like Chrome).

Yeah FF swamps my RAM but then I'd expect it to with Firebug, FireCookies, FirePHP, IRC Chat and other stuff.

I have way too many addons that only work in Firefox. The FF 4 annoys me with its IE9 and chrome style 'lets move all the buttons around' shite but otherwise it seems to be a decent update.

I actually have ie, chrome, safari and opera installed as well but mainly for checking site formatting. I used to use opera before Firefox.
