Medic Syringe Jump?

Has anyone heard of the Medic Syringe Jump?
From the Site FPSBANANA
Medic Syringe Gun Boost is where a medic shoots upward and a player jumps into the stream.
Has anyone tried this? Is it easy to do?

first i heard of it,ask one of the fb medics theyr fkn awesome and know all the tricks lol

Yes that is ancient news. People who played jump maps like myself for a period of time had three difficulties;
Easy - Soldier
Medium - Demo (I always found it much easier though <_>)
Crazy fuck Hard - Engi and two Medics
Engi would build a teleporter, and a dispencer, get on the dispencer and both medics would hug it, while crouching. When the Engi jumps and the two medics shoot, the Engi would fly to amazing heights by being pushed from the syringes. Engi would build a tele exit and repeat. It was very, very hard to do, but a good laugh and felt great once you got around to doing it right.
Fixed the "glitch" around Febuary I believe.
