Portsmouth are going down and won't be coming back up for a long time, their infrastructure is no longer sufficient. Have fun whilst it lasts because once you meet either Villa or Chelsea your screwed

I wouldn't write em off too quickly... Smaller teams can and have made a huge impact on recent FA Cups.
I remember 2007. Barnsley kicked out Liverpool & Chelsea so it can be done!

look at reading and leeds this year knocking out 'pool and man u
hell millwall made the final the about 3 years ago or so, and cardiff [vs pompey as well] made it the other year and they were both championship teams

Portsmouth deserve relegation for living beyond their means, for what exactly ? they didn't even try to break the top4. Their was no way that it was sustainable, 60k per week for the likes of Utaka, common what were they thinking ? Fratton Park's a 20k capacity stadium their's not enough revenue for silly wages like that. Peter Storrey & the other buffons who ran that joint are a disgrace. Leeds United are only just getting back on their feet & their infrastructure is much better.
