I'm not Smokedef, nor an expert, but what's it saying in English? Coz I'd like to know. :)

Well, in Germany and Austria the road traffic regulations are called "StVO", and the original sign says something along the lines of "the road traffic regulations apply here"(on this property)
my modified version just means "stfu" applies here, perfect for hanging in your room, house, living room, office.. etc ^^

aye ..I'm not an expert either but I like it. Only nerds will know what it means and everyone with a drivers license who's not a nerd will have no clue.

Alright smarty-pants, here's an eloquently written summary of the visual and literal message being conveyed... "As of here ppl talking shite and being little dip-shits will get smacked!"
That whole message is brought across in the form of a slightly-modified traffic sign ;)
