Any Q3-Arena fans out there?

been playing the Quake-Live Beta for a while now and its pretty much just like Quake 3, except now there are some newbies playing again which is awesome!

Quake 3 Arena itself was nothing but a bunch of dodgy-cracks running around headshotting everyone with the Railgun in melee.. not fun for casual players =D

Believe it or not, my game name is MountieXXL.

Mine is dintbo. Its good fun but i do get bored of it rather quickly, probably cos i suck at it

quake has always been one of those games that u gotta be a pro to have any real fun, too many people have spent there lives playing it and are just too damn good, god bless tfc and now tf2, the fps for stoners and drunks and just the plain old crap players lol

I found Battlefield Heroes to be a bit more fun. With the addition of goals (Kill so many people to get a badge) and a level system it gives the game some kind of goal. YamNivek if anyone is playing that and wants to add me.

I was playin quake live for a small while. I liked the match finder thing that finds matches with players that are at your level (even though it still only picks matches where I get my ass handed to me).

Might try it again some day if i get bored.
