OOoo, that's the Team ROOMBA server, it's awesomely fun. They have some great mods, such as Super-mario style goomba stomping ( http://www.vimeo.com/1016505 ), and they just put minesweeper in game, using the admin menus:



Fun server, some of those mods would be awesome, however i doubt they'll share .
