Michael Jacksons Tribute

Post by YamNivek » Wed Jul 08, 2009 6:59 am

Did anyone watch it last night?

Was anyone else waiting for them to play Thriller and for to coffin to bust open and Jackson to start dancing!

Americans had no choice, it was on EVERY station. I watched it twice. Then I watched his videos all day. I thought it was verry good. Al Sharpton and Brooke Shields gave verry moving speaches, but Paris really put it into perspective...as 1 newscaster said, Ive never heard him refered 2 as daddy. Then they showed home videos of him with the kids, and a 6yr. old interview with the mother. There are tributes schedueled 4 the rest of the week and into the weekend. Have you gotten any of the chain letter text msgs? R.I.P. MJ

It was only on CNN, MTV, VH1, and only a few local stations...

I only have basic cable. It was on all the major networks including ABC, NBC, CBS, FOX, all the news networks..FOXNEWS, MSNBC, CNN, ect. and yes all music..MTV, VHI, BET. I dont think ESPN(sports) or PBS(public tv) covered it. Thats pretty much all of my stations.
