Sorry, I'm venting again about stupid idiots I have to support.
remember I mentioned the guy who was complaining to me that he couldn't see any of the data he was trying to filter in a spreadsheet - the reason being that there was no data in the spreadsheet in the first place?
Same guy - this time on drop downs.
He moaned that the information he was selecting from a drop down menu wasn't then displaying in the cells.
The reason?
The text font colour was THE SAME FUCKING COLOUR AS THE CELL!!!!!!!!!!!

Its brilliant to do that on teh bottom of emails at work. Just rant at the idiots you work with and make it white, they'll never know!!

I used to be pretty active on a forum dedicated to iRiver players (
MisticRiver). Jeff, the guy who ran the site used to hide competitions in blogs and updates doing exactly this. It's given me the habit of hitting Ctrl+A whenever I see a suspicious gap.

I couldnt quite find the exact colour and i couldnt be arsed to keep going through the CSS to find the right one!!
On a more miserable note as this thread is for ranting.
FUCKING HALIFAX!!!!!!! BUNCH OF ROBBING CUNTS!!!
£28 for going over my overdraft, fair enough it was my own fault. £35 fucking quid for every transaction after that!!! NOBBERS!! I didnt realise i'd gone over until i got the first letter through, it was £200 too late by then and 5 letters later they're gonna take another £250 off of me in charges!! Takes teh fucking piss.

Lol, you git! I hate bank charges, fair enough for the overdraft fee, ive done that a couple of times, but its way unfair penalising you multiple times for the same error
