Steam Rant

Aargh, thought I'd go play Portal for a bit, but I get the message: The Steam servers are currently too busy, please try again in a bit". It's a single player game for flips sake, played with only me, on my laptop! What on earth do steam servers have to do with it?? Let me play, pleeease

Apparently Portal has been updated, so now I'm waiting for the update to download.

Lol, bit of a bad day then steam plays up, so figured I'd have a rant here. Made me feel better anyway

It's pants alright but not half as bad as that new server browser in TF2. Ripped my favourites away and then when I finally managed to get Festers back in all it could say was "you are using a different version client!" blah blah blah - friggin thing!

I wondered what had happened. Didn't see what was wrong with the old one myself
