I don't think that's a guy - from the other videos, it's a recording - probably a male tween who recorded the voice and he's got a bunch of sound bytes to spam. I think he gets a kick out of male attention (homo... wtf?).
Even then - that dude/chick talked WAY to much. Normal .. erm, even psychopathic chicks dont start talking that much to a bunch of random dudes on Ventrillo. If I was on there, I'd kick him/her so fast.
