I'm still in 2 minds about this game.

On one hand i really want to play it but on the other i'm thinking will I play it enough to warrant the £35?

I think i need to pay the demo

45 US $ in pre order. I guess, within the SDK and the retail release, few coop settings will be designed @ L4D.

I'm going to wait til I play the demo, and I'm maybe gonna give it a few weeks to let some hype die down and see how it lasts post release.

If I have to pay 50 vs 45, but know its not wasted money thats worth it to me.

The game is Brilliant, best co-op game you could play, because quite simply, if you dont work together, Your Fucked.

and if you want to make it even more interesting, the host in the demo can play as one of the infected bosses, using console commands.

Requires to be played on a LAN server, because sv_cheats needs to be set to 1

1) Enable Developer Console from options
2) Start a LAN server game.
3) Press ~ to open console
4) In console type: sv_cheats 1
5) In console type: ent_fire !self setteam 3

if spawning right beside survivors over and over, type ghost into console, will make you almost spectator like until you find a place to spawn.

ONLY the games host can spawn, type z_spawn bossesname, so take your pick, boomer, smoker, tank or hunter. witches are AI controlled only it seems.

I've tried it with some friends using Hamachi, it really does make things more interesting, so long as the person isnt being a cunt and spawning themselves as a tank every time.

I'm not so great at being a team player...
