im glad valve listened to me
Like i said immediately after the pryo update was out, that the pyro got unbalanced, now they fixed it and im glad. Now lets see if King still has it, coz that guy got some pyro skillz

its not hard to kill pyros now that they are 1 hit kills for a nade, rocket pointblank shotgun and well most everything else, pyrosare back to being underpowered and valve butchered the class and ive been sending them tons of emails beggin em to fix it so they at least have a chance to defend themselfs

I got killed with the now reduced 175 hp in one crit hit last night by a WRENCH whilst I was attacking a sentry. Comon are you guys really nuts? What happend was that the pyro with the xtra boost it became an attacking class, while without the hp boost its an ambush class, THE WAY ITS MEANT TO BE PLAYED. So this is better, ow and about the one hit thing and you die bs, its not possible! Only if its a crit, but hey a crit wrench does 195 damage, so if a solly has lost 5 hp somewhere he is dead meat to. ur just afraid of a lil bit of a challange, exfane, if ur class isnt the best then the game is outa ballance, and last i checked the pyro falls into the attack catagory, not the defence or support catagory

Do you hear demomen complaining about having 175Hp ? or scouts/snipers having 125 ?
And yeah, getting killed by a crit-wrench sucks ass , but the game is like that.
I get also annoyed when being killed by a crit-shotgun of an engi 30ft away .
Pyros became a lot better balanced, 225HP was ridiculous.
Popping up from around corners and ledges, they are great !

There is no such thing as the best class. Only your preferred class in which you are best at.
The flame damage is still remarkable improved, seen months ago....but you just wont listen.
Pyro is an attack class, yes, but not every attack class = go head-on....

Your quite right Clink and Exfane. Pyro was probbably just a bit too much HP. I like to attack using the back burner Exfane, which is why the extra HP was great. It meant I could go head on, take a bit of damage and still have enough left to sneak round the back of people and use the crit burn. I think rather than take it back to 175 it should have been dropped to 200.
I didn't realise that the crit wrench took 195hp damage off you. I personally think that is a bit much. Fair enough a crit rocket / sticky or pipe bomb in the face will kill you in one hit, but a wrench? One hit kill weapons should be limited to the spy - that what they are for.
But hey - somebody is always going to moan about something and I don't want to get involved in a massive argument so this is the last I'm going to say. Valve balance the game as they decide - and that is fine with me. I just want to come on and burn people

Furthermore : we are talking about a backburner , which means attacking from behind. But thanks to the 225HP you could use it head on....
