At least with the update i wont spend 2 hours registering shit the install was no bother at all it was the amount of registering for different BS.. social club... windows live... gamertag....

For any1 having probs gettin online thought id document the process I went through to get it workin:
1. Join LIVE
2. Setup your Live gamertag
3. Join Rockstar Social Club
4. Link your Live gamer tag to RSC
5. Start the GTA4 shortcut and login to RSC
6. Do the update to windows Live that pops up when u start RSC
7. start the game and press HOME, log in to live.
8. Now hopefully u should be able to play happily online and save your game

lol, on vista x64. You are expected to get crashes/problems running 64bit vista, it's in keeping with it, and the users, sadomasochistic tendencies.

Getting 33fps with settings at a looks good enough for me level..... but starts to struggle in fog and rain.

I was playing some multiplayer with MuG tonight and had loads of fun, it's pretty awesome D:
Though lag has wierd effects... cars seem to be jumping up and down, and on your screen you skid into a wall, then appear somewhere else
