I think all their lines are contested as standard. Try late at night and you should get a better result.

I actually think it might be the fact that im using those internet homeplugs. One downstairs connected to the router, one upstairs for my comp. I wish I could just wire up the house with a nice long ethernet cable but thats not an option.
