Joe dont know if yoube able to check back here again but.. make sure you installed the drivers after your reinstall.. there should be a cd that came with the computer with them on it.. i hope!!

Most important drivers are Network or ethernet drivers for internet access.
Motherboard or chipset drivers for a better performing PC.
If you can't find your CD then a USB Stick and someone else's pc with net access is a god send.
