Something horrible happened today: Steam said TF2 was only Pre-loaded and it says I have to purchase the game to play it O.o

I tryed to go on tf2, it loaded when i joined festers place, the stats background wasnt there and it just got stuck on retrieving server info.
I ctrl alt deleted and closed TF2.
Loaded it up again
"This game is currently unavailable"
waited, loaded up again, no stats or achevements
