Jeez, I'm sorry Devvil, it's just my opinion, but that guitar is like 0% mechanical, looks very retarded to me; the joy of an analog guitar is to feel it vibrate or hear the direct production of sound from its vibrating strings, none of which this 100% electric one let you feel. A "real" electric guitar at least converts the metal string vibration into electricity...

The guy from pendulum uses something like that, but with strings instead of a touchpad.

Its called a ztar and it looks mad! Basically a midi controller in the shape of a guitar.

I love the tune in the video linked by YamNivek, but I still can't get used to these midi controllers... I mean, just watch this, simulating wind instruments with a guitar-shaped one (Ztar) one is just weird to me:
