I thought the story was fab - lots of scope to build on it too (looking forward to Brotherhood). My only real gripe with it is that, on occasion, the control system is still a bit 'clunky'. I ended up jumping off things in a completely different direction when I didn't want to. Not really a problem except where your exploring a tomb and there is a timelimit with some of the puzzles, and also some of the free running when your trying to escape. I sometimes ended up jumping onto different roofs than I meant to.
If they could tweek that a bit then it would be much better. But overall, much much improved on the first

yeah defo found that too JP, played through most of this between myself and fink on the ps3. Tis much worse when you end up jumping off a big height to what should be one of the eagle jumps into hay and you just go splat.
