Anyone else has problems with starting Fuel? It says it can't contact the key server

Yeah Civ 5 looks sweeeeeeeeet. I'm tempted to buy civ 4 for 10 euro's. How much does civ 5 cost in other currency's? Overhere it's 49,99 euri, that's around 42 gbp.
