and it rained for 40 days and 40 nights....

the flooding is getting worse. my road which i travel on daily is now blocked with water and now i have to drive an extra 15min to get where i want to go.. and now i am also after hearing we are still expecting more heavy rain argh!

A friend of mine can't go to work today because the road from his housing estate is flooded and a tree also fell over blocking access.

I am assuming that he's delighted!

getting worse all traffic is diverted around my town several business are flooded and main road through here.. thank good i went for a top floor office

EDIT: update.. i know no one gives a crap but this is gone beyond funny.. all 3 roads to my house are now unpassable to cars tis is the first time i can ever remeber seen them flooded.. also for the first time ever i am watching a lake build in my front lawn which is slowly moving towards my house.. i will need to get a boat home from work this evening!

these guys i know just live about a mile away from me there renting this accommodation.. the river which now covers the road was only a stream no more than a foot or two deep in normal weather conditions it ran along the side of the road and never has come onto the road before.....
