I'm keep having lucid dreams followed by sleep paralysis, last night I had something standing by my bed and the night before that I saw a little girl & also a shadow man standing by my door. I haven't been without a headache all week so maybe stress has something to do with this.

Every now and again, I'll get sick and have crazy fever dreams.
They're no fun whatsoever, and can be quite disturbing!

I have them but very infrequently. I suffer with bad heads too but nothing that leaves me with a scary dream. Stress is a bugger of a thing put it with lack of sleep and it's a receipe for a monster headache.

The body can only take so much and I've yet to learn my limits!!

stress is one of the biggest illmakers that are out there. not only for headache infact stress is believed to be a factor that affects generell immune system and so all end every virus, illnes etc there is (ok not genetic ones, but which illnes is only genetic)....

i keep having scary and bad dreams if i have stress and am afraid of new things coming ahead...
so in the moment i cant sleep at all, this week was horrible, sleeping in a hostel with bad dreams and people coming into the room at 2 oclock...
